All designs are made by order for you, and such items cannot be returned.
If you are not satisfied with the item in any way, please contact us about it.
If you don’t claim the item in transit, and it get returned to us – you will not be refunded for it. Items which are returned to us in such way, will be mailed to you again after you pay the shipping fee for it.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items:
In cases of the damage or defect, the return process can be expedited by providing us a digital pictures or videos of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) through email or online contact.
